An Avocado a Day Keeps the Doctor Away!
We enjoy eating California avocados this way several times a week as well. The kids can’t get enough of them. A very healthy way to eat low carb while getting a dose of healthy fats. Very beneficial for raising your HDL. Can eat this as an appetizer or as a healthy lunch.
- Cut a LoveCado in half
- Take out the pit
- Put the avocado in a small bowl
- Pore Extra Virgin Olive oil into the hole of the avocado
- Add a touch of your best balsamic vinegar to the olive Oil
- Add salt and pepper
- Spoon out and enjoy!
