Ingredients:
2 Large ripe LoveCados, peeled and seeded
1 lime, freshly squeezed juice
1 Fresh tomato, chopped
1/2 medium sweet white or red onion chopped finely
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/16 cumin
Dash Cayenne pepper
1/4 cup Cotija cheese, crumbled as garnish if desired
1/2 serrano chile, chopped finely
3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Lightly mash the California avocados with fork. Fold in other ingredients and top with sprinkles of Cotija cheese if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
